There is no better way to ease out of bed on a Sunday morning than with our newest programming feature, The Dave Koz Radio Show. Lake 98.1 is proud to present this easygoing blend of Smooth Jazz instrumentals and vocals, hosted by one of the genre's top recording artists, Dave Koz.

The Grammy nominated saxophonist and composer exploded onto the music scene over 15 years ago. Since then, Koz has established himself as a world-renowned saxophone player, a multi-million selling solo recording artist, humanitarian, syndicated radio host and instrumental music advocate. The growing list of artists he has played with bears testament to his talent -- the list includes such musical luminaries as Burt Bacharach, Ray Charles, Natalie Cole, Celine Dion, Kenny Loggins, U2, Luther Vandross, Vanessa Williams and others. He is the recipient of numerous nominations and honors including the Grammy Award.

Koz also hosts the weekly syndicated "Dave Koz Radio Show", featuring artist interviews and music, heard in approximately 120 cities worldwide. He also anchors Dave Koz in the Morning, a daily morning radio show on KTWV radio in Los Angeles.

Koz serves as Global Ambassador for the Starlight Children's Foundation. He recently completed a four-year term with the Grammy Foundation Artists Committee, a non-profit arm of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Science dedicated to reserving America's rich cultural legacy and bringing music into schools.
