The Friends of Citizen Park Rec Center are holding a parents’ night out youth dance on Valentine’s Day, Saturday, February 14, 2015 from 7pm until 10pm at the Citizen Park Rec Center, 930 North 18th Street, Manitowoc. Parents are welcome to drop their kids off for a supervised, fun evening of music and dancing. Cost is $5.00 per child, and all children must be potty trained to attend.
