Saturday October 11, 2014 Sheboygan Falls Conservation Club is hosting a Sled dog weight pull competition put on by the

Tri – State Alaskan Malamute Association.

Individual Dogs will pull a sled on wheels across a course where weight will be added to the sled after each dog has completed the course until a winner has been determined .

All dogs will be placed in their respective weight class. There will be a viewing area for the public.

There will also be food and beverages available. Food provided by Fleck's Curbside Grill.

(Last spring there was an individual dog that pulled 4300 lbs)

The Wisconsin Maritime Museum’s 6th annual Maritime History Ghost Walk offers the unique chance to hear true Great Lakes tales with an eerie twist.  Trick-or-Treat Fest 2014  1:30pm to 4pm    (Community)
Location: Kiel Middle School
Mark your calendars for Trick-or-Treat Fest on October 26th sponsored by the Kiel Area Association of Commerce. Trick-or-Treat fest provides fun family entertainment prior to the city wide trick-or-treating. This year's fest will feature Kurt Kane the magician, Itchy the Clown and her balloon characters, a creepy crawly petting zoo, limo rides, a bounce house, pumpkin bowling and much more. Local merchants will be on hand to answer questions and provide fun activities for the kids. The fest is held at the Kiel Middle School and runs from 1:30pm to 4pm. Kurt Kane will perform his Halloween magic at 3pm followed by a parade in the gym led by the Kiel Middle School Band. City wide trick-or-treating follows from 4pm to 6pm.
