Location: Miesfelds Meats
Rebecca (Gumtow) Allen loved bicycle riding for many reasons – fun, exercise, enjoying the outdoors, and being green. Because of her love of bicycling she had plans to sponsor a bike safety program and also donate bicycles to disadvantaged youth. Her life ended tragically five years ago when at age 32 she was killed by a drunk driver while riding her bike.
Rebecca’s family and friends are hosting a benefit brat fry/bake sale/ silent auction to raise money to help promote bicycle safety.

Free Watercolor Demonstration conducted by Artist Michael Ireland on Saturday June 15, 2013 from 1:00 to 4:00pm. This demo will include everything from the preparation of the painting surfaces through the painting process itself, to preparing work for final installation.
